These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Polysend’s mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you have questions, contact support@polysend.app.

Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the Services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

Using Polysend

Polysend helps you manage money and membership/group-based payments. Features may include transfers, shared/group wallets, balances, and activity history.

Payments and Financial Features

  • Some payment, wallet, and verification features may be provided by third-party partners and subject to their terms.
  • You authorize us and/or our partners to process transactions you initiate through the Services.
  • You are responsible for confirming transaction details before sending money. Transfers may be irreversible once processed.
  • Fees (if any) will be disclosed in the app or at the time of the transaction.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by:

  • Violating applicable laws or regulations.
  • Using the Services for fraud, money laundering, or other harmful activities.
  • Attempting to access or interfere with systems or accounts you are not authorized to use.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code except where permitted by law.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, or as required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Intellectual Property

The Services and all related content and trademarks are owned by Polysend or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polysend will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Polysend and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your primary operating jurisdiction for Polysend (“Governing Jurisdiction”), without regard to conflict of laws principles. Venue will be in the courts located in the Governing Jurisdiction unless required otherwise by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the app or website.
